we have seen most of goods we have on our website so can answer
any questions you have. We attend all trade shows and keep

How long have you been in business?
22 years in the same location. Most people who have visited
South Florida are familiar with our store. Please visit our
showroom as we have many items, closeouts, floor samples, special
purchases that will be at reduced prices, many lower than internet
pricing.
How accurate are the samples online?
We make every effort to provide true color samples, however
due to computer or internet variations we cannot guarantee
complete accuracy. Please contact us if you are not sure and
we will do our best to provide you with samples when possible.
Can I get different sizes and shapes?
On a lot of our goods YES you can.
What can I expect when ordering wood products?
Each piece of wood is unique and wood grains vary. Every piece
of wood takes stain differently. Since we cannot guarantee
wood colors, they may vary and are not considered defective
because of color, stain or wood graining.
What height barstools do I need?
- For a kitchen counter standard height
is 36” to top of counter. You
will need a 24 or 26” stool.
- Bar height is standard at 42”, for that you will need a 30” stool.
- Spectator height (extra tall barstools)
is for some home bars and commercial use. You will need
a 34” -36”stool.
- We have some manufacturers that will make custom height
stools if you have a non-standard bar. Contact us.
- Remember you need about 24”of
space for each stool.
How do I know what size table I can use?
We usually figure 24” on each side of the table to
pull the chairs in and out comfortably. A lot of times
you can place the set on the diagonal to create more room.
Keep in mind if you are not using all 4 chairs every day that
makes a difference too.
When do you charge my credit card?
At point of purchase. A lot of goods leave immediately or
are to be custom made .We require payment in full at time of
sale.
Do I pay sales tax?
Only goods delivered within the state of Florida will be
charged sales tax.
Do I have a warrantee?
Yes most goods unless specified will come with the full manufacturers
warrantee. Dinettes by Design warrantees online sales merchandise for 90
days.
How will my item ship?
Smaller goods will ship UPS or FEDEX, larger items will ship common carrier.
ship common carrier this means to the back of the truck in front of your home.
